Ashley is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). She has been working in the mental health field since 2014. Ashley has experience working in a variety of settings including outpatient, intensive outpatient, community-based, day treatment, and school-based. Ashley enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. She uses an integrated, person-centered approach and pulls from cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and narrative therapy.
Ashley's approach to therapy is client-centered; in every session she strives to meet her clients where they are at and build on where they need to go. She has a direct and down to earth approach to help create a safe space where you feel heard, validated, and understood. Her goal for therapy is to ensure you have the tools to feel empowered to move forward and foster a journey of healing and growth.
Ashley works with adults, teens (14 years and older), couples, and families. She has special interest in working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, PTSD, ADHD, and life transitions.
In her free time, you will find Ashley spending time with her family and dog, reading, coloring, being outside, and going to the gym.
