Find a Therapist Who Works With You—Not Just On You
We believe that therapy works best when it’s built on trust, mutual respect, and collaboration. That’s why we take the time to understand your needs, your goals, and your lived experience, so we can create a treatment plan that actually fits your life.
At Vantage, therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel more connected to yourself, your values, and your capacity to grow.
What We Offer: Our Approach to Therapy
Our therapists use a range of evidence-based approaches to support your healing and growth, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

We’re not limited to one method, we tailor care based on what works for you.

What to Expect in Therapy
From the very first session, our therapists create a space where you feel heard, respected, and safe. Your therapist will:
- Help you define goals and focus areas
- Work collaboratively with you, not on a script
- Provide tools and insights you can apply in daily life
- Adjust your care plan as you grow and evolve
Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes and occur weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and preferences.
