At Vantage Mental Health, we offer full-service telehealth appointments so you can access the care you need from wherever you are. Our virtual visits are just like in-person care, only more convenient and with the same level of clinical expertise, personal connection, and insurance coverage that you expect from our Minnesota-based team.

Unlike text-only or app-only services, telehealth at Vantage connects you directly with licensed, experienced clinicians through secure, real-time video sessions. These appointments are scheduled for set times, just like traditional office visits, and are designed to support ongoing, consistent care that fits into your life.

Our telehealth care includes:

  • Therapy and psychiatric care from highly trained providers

  • Insurance-covered services (we accept most major plans) just like in-office visits

  • Scheduled appointments with secure video sessions

  • Care delivered by providers licensed in Minnesota, with some also licensed in Wisconsin

Telehealth makes it easier to stay connected with your care team without sacrificing quality or continuity. Whether you’re at home, work, or somewhere in between, you can meet with a clinician in a supportive, professional environment that feels familiar and reliable.

A few details

To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please keep the following in mind:

  • You must be physically located in the state selected during scheduling at the time of your appointment.

  • You will need a strong internet connection.

  • You must use a phone, tablet, or computer with both video and audio capabilities.
